If a “Man” ever wants to experience change in his life, then he must be willing to accept Responsibility. One of the definitions for the word responsibility is accepting the consequences for what we say and do. It also means developing our potential.

If we were to peel back the cover to reveal the type of things that keep us from making the right choices, I believe at the top of the list would be fear. Fear tends to paralyze us from moving forward and seeing the possibilities that may exist for us.

Change is necessary. We cannot live in this world and expect that we will never have to change, everything must change. Time changes daily, minute by minute Seasons change on us from winter, spring, summer and fall, people change from being
